This policy explains what information De Jesus Painting ("we", "us") collects through this website, by phone and by text, how we use it, and the choices you have. De Jesus Painting is a sole proprietorship based in San Marcos, California, owned by Jovanni De Jesus.

- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you are interested in and anything you write about your project when you fill out our estimate form, call, text or email us.
- Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
- Calls and texts: call and text records, and in some cases call recordings, handled through our customer communication software.

Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. These tools set cookies and receive information about your visit. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our customer management and messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), website hosting, analytics and advertising providers, under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information if required by law.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, De Jesus Painting may send you messages about your estimate, scheduling, your project and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide estimates and services, keep business records and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing for targeted advertising. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
